Well... quite a good game

Tuseday... Sept 22nd 2008

Chelsea 1 - Man Utd 1

Ronaldo as usuall , can`t perform in high profile game , Rio , just like what i wrote in my first entry... can he perform like what he did last 2 seasons. Maybe yes but based on last week performance against Chelsea many would agree that JT is the right person for England Capt. Don`t get me wrong , yes he is one of the best defender in the world... but i`m raising the bar a slightly higher for him because he is expected to be a club capt and england capt in 2 years time.. and he should be able to hold the line although he is without his usuall partner Nemanja.

From my point of view JT can perform in any sort of situation be it wothout Ricardo or Petr Cech. He can still produce a world class performance. That is what i hope Rio can be. But all and all i`m glad that Sir Alex bought him 8 years ago to bring the stability in defense.

Owen , Fletcher and Park for me is the 3 best player on the pitch in last weeks game. Owen as usuall covering the backfour plus suporting the attacking force. Fletcher is hardworking as ever , i hope that Sir Alex can give him more 1st team experience and for now i think ... yes meaybe he can`t fill the void left by Scholes yet.. but i can see him in that position in 2-3 years time. aprk is typicall South Korean player with never say die spirit. Will cover the whole pitch if Sir Alex ask him to and his goal is the true indication of sharp reflexes. Like Fletcher , i would like to see him more in 1st team.

Another thing is... i really do hope that all the Red Devils fan would give Dimi a chance to blend in the team , to get used with the team style of play. Just like what we did for Cristiano... he took almost 3 years to flourish as one of the best football player. I know the age is not on Dimi`s side but i think in 10th game Dimi can start to provide us the goals that we expected from him. In last week`s game and in the game against Liverpool we saw a few brilliant touches from him and i believe there is still more to come. That is what he do best in Spurs.. hold the ball and look for teammates running and pass the ball , but the thing is in Spurs there is no one can read his vision except for Robbie.

Well... till next time.. next game is against Boro... for Carling Cup and then against Bolton in the weekend. Hopefully without Anelka we can atleast put a 2 goals margin to increase our Goal Diffrence because it`s proven that Goal Diffrence plays a huge role in title winnning.. it gives a good state of mind.

Till then ..... Glory Glory Man Utd..
